Sacramento RISE Hub is a joint initiative of CAIR California, La Familia Counseling Center, NorCal Resist, and led by Opening Doors. As part of a statewide effort, our partnership aims to build a stronger, more connected safety net for immigrant communities. Our collaboration ensures services are holistic, culturally responsive, and grounded in community trust.
The Sacramento RISE Hub is dedicated to empowering immigrant communities by providing connection to vital support and resources. Our mission is to connect at-risk individuals, their families, and communities with essential community systems such as legal services, schools, labor unions, and local governments.
Our communication and collaboration with the community involves proactively sharing vetted information and soliciting updates and feedback from Hub members. As part of a statewide network, we ensure local families have timely, trusted information and tools to navigate changing immigration landscapes.
Volunteer to Defend Immigrants
As immigration enforcement continues to escalate, we’re building a network of volunteers to support immigrants in Northern California. We are seeking licensed attorneys—with and without immigration backgrounds—and other non-legal community members motivated to protect our neighbors’ families.
